The vehicle had a vibration before purchase, and no mechanic available at the time.
They agreed to fix whatever the issue was if we would bring it back the following Saturday, which we did. We even had them write it up on the "we owe" document, but none of us being mechanics knew exactly what the issue was.
When we returned the following Saturday to have it fixed, they said it wasn't the exact issue in the we owe and refused to cover it being repaired. Basically selling us a vehicle they knew had issues, agreed to fix, then refused once we bought the vehicle.
Rene even admitted to Chris he had agreed to repair it, but they still refuse to repair it. The vehicle is not safe to be driven in its current condition. We had high hopes for this dealer as they had a great selection of vehicles, and the salesman where engaging and helpful.
If they weren't willing to repair the vehicle in the first place they shouldn't have agreed to do exactly that.
